Intel’s New 8th Generation Core Processors Launch Today, Requires 300 Chipset-Based Motherboards

Intel has finally announced its 8th Gen Coffee Lake Core processors today that offers new chipset up-to 40% speed boost over the previous 7th generation Kaby Lake processors.
Previously, ASRock revealed that Intel’s 8th Generation Coffee lake processor won’t work on a 200 series chipset as the side of the box clearly shows that an Intel 300 series based motherboard is required. It means you can’t use your old 100 or 200 based-chipset motherboards.
Intel has finally revealed retail packaging images of their Coffee Lake desktop processor series, It confirms that these will be (6C/12T) processors with Intel Turbo Boost Technology 2.0. Also, these new processors will feature “New” Intel UHD 630 Integrated graphics.
